I was contacted by a gentleman named Andre from Budget insurance. It is the first time that I am purchasing a vehicle and taking out insurance for the car, therefore this is all new to me and made me quite nervous just thinking about taking out insurance or what steps to follow, however if it was not for Andre I would have never had such a pleasant experience in taking out the insurance, he made sure to inform me of what would be best for me, patient as I am not totally clued up but the best was that he was not pushy!!!
He made me feel at ease with my decision and the fact that he called me back as promised the next day showed me that not all commission based agents are pushy and when it comes to sales. He related to me as a person which is very important and it has by far been my best experience on the phone with a call centre agent! I myself work in a call centre and feel that I have learnt a lot from the way Andre dealt with my policy.
If I contact Budget in the future I would like to specifically be dealt with by Andre as I feel he is an honest gentleman and understands the fears and concerns that a customer like me would have.
