I submitted my withdrawal forms on the 21-10-2013, I called momentum to find oout if all was in order with my forms, the lady told me that they are waiting for the withdrawal date from my company, the lady said that she email the request to my employer. when I asked what email was used she gave me the brokers email, I then gave her the email of the lady that was handling the forms at the broker. (the told me that all the paperwork is in order it will take 2 weeks to payout) I call momentum today the 06th November to find out the status of the payout and was told that they r still waiting for the confirmation for my employer (the broker which they call my employer).
Don't Momentum have telephones to call. I want this to e sorted out urgently and payment with in 3 days
