WoW!! Just after reporting and submitting my claims about my lost phones, i went to collect the phones at the Mtn branch that the consultant (Bella Letheane) reffered me to.
But as i did not have enough money for the excess and diffrence as the previous models were discontinued, She (Bellah) AGAIN, called me, and explained that i can always go to any store within 30 days to get the other phone
After getting the money, i found out that she had already arranged it for me and booked it, that was awesome as it saved me time and money to travel around
