I have lodged an insurance claim, with the company (24hr mobility), although it was a mission to get through the their call-centre but finaly the helpful consultant (Bella Letheane) answered.
She was very helpful, from taking the call and taking me through all steps and explanations to as far as calling the Cell phone branches to check stock and whom to find and what to take.
She explained evry detail and was verbalising her actions when she was putting me on hold
Lastly i liked when she honoured her promises by calling me back for clarity
We need consultants like her. Who gives excellent client service
