Susan has no idea what she is doing

We applied for a extension on our home loan (small amount), went into the local branch, filled in the necessary documents and then the waiting began. Emailed this Susan Steyn frequently and she kept on assuring us that the process is up and running. Yesterday (15/4/2013) I emailed her again. She did not answer me. Today I got a letter saying that the loan was not approved, out of curiosity I phoned the Loan Office call centre. What they told me infuriate me so much I could burst a vain. Within the same week that we applied for this loan it was turned down, so this woman neglected to inform us regarding this, kept on sending us emails saying that everything is in order and that we must just be patient.
