I have been fighting a claim since Sep 2012 - 7 MONTHS AGO! Between my broker and I, we just don't get answers from Quicksure. They don't get back to a us; they don't have proper answers or reasonings - full of promises and all talk with NO action!!! Chantel Broodryk also is VERY rude on the phone - tells me to STOP TALKING in a VERY abrupt tone of voice!!! I believe now AGAIN from Chantel, that she's going to get her manager and team leader, Pauli Raubenheimer & Wilma Kukkuk to contact me - this is the same rubbish I have been hearing for all this time!!! My boyfriend used to be a client of Quicksure many years ago, where we also received bad service, but thought I would give them another chance... am I mistaken. I have a better chance of putting my R1000 a month I pay to Quicksure, under my bed. I would have had a nice lumpsum by now to pay for all the stuff that has been AND some change!!!
