I have sent through the required Capital Reduction forms as well as proof of payment via email over a week ago. I got no response. Forwarded the email yesterday a.gain with no response. Sent it through again today and got a Wesbank auto reply saying my message was deleted without being read. Could I please get some indication on the status of my capital reduction???
