Having had my car financed, I wanted to log into my Wesbank profile online, but could not do this. After spending hours on the phone with multiple consultants and getting several one-time-pins which did not work, I gave up. I have since tried to contact Wesbank via email or messages on their site, but have not had a response in weeks... All I want is a settlement agreement and to log in to my account, why can't anyone help me?!
Surely a response to an email can't be so much to ask for a paying customer...
