I joined King Price in March, and the only thing I have to prove that I'm insured there is the SMS they sent me about their King welcoming me on board. Like, I called and asked to be sent my schedule, but they haven't done that till today. I am not going to be begging you guys to do your jobs, it's giving me a bad reflection of why the premiums go down. They go down, the service becomes horrid. Let's try this again, may someone send me my schedule?
