Poor sevice

I received a message to fetch my new bank card at FNB Wynberg. I've been there twice last week and 3 times this week to collect. They usually have a section for bank statements and collections, but no more. Now you have to sit and wait to speak to a consultant. Nothing has been done about this and the queue must be at least 45 minutes to an hour long. No body seems to care and I feel the place is managed very poorly! I have work and I don't have time to throw an hour of my day away for something that should take 5 minutes. Very disappointed.
