They were suppose to pay my phone back but apparenly they had a problem with the insurance company who was suppose to pay my phone so the brokers came with a solution to settle my old phone and than after that got get another one they refered me to a FNB Dot store the guy told me that they was something on my name with ITC for 2 years ago and thats what blocking me from getting a device. Than within that period their call centre called me telling that i can get a device with them and it can take 15 days we done everything and after 15 days called in they said the device was not sent to the carrier after almost a month of waiting this matter is going to the news i'm tired of FNB i wish I could cancel my account with them.
