Terrible close of account procedures

I have recently tried closing my GAME account due to the the terrible service and utter poor service from RCS finance. They are pushy and unwilling to assist you when you ask that they perform simple actions.

I wanted to close my account this weekend and when I spoke with the person on the phone from RCS they first told me they cant assist me, they begged that I follow other processes, then the manager Shane Netling state that they wont assist me because of their processes. I was clearly an upset customer yet they were unwilling to close my account even though I had paid them off. I now get an sms stating that I am 835 over due on the account yet I have paid them off on the weekend!! does the incompetence not end! I would stat that of all the accounts that I have had opened RCS has been the worst when it comes to useless policies and procedures preventing people from functionally using their service. You cant call them up and increase your limit, you can tell them that you will skip a payment (and they are pushy in their demands and tell you to pay on weekends etc and wanna now exact amounts!!) and now finally they refuse to close your account as requested requesting emails!!
