Great Service and timing

I wanted to upgrade from one cheque account to another as well as apply for a credit card. They contacted me telephonically and helped me do this. The help they gave was brilliant, quick and efficient. they told me it would take 5-7 days to receive my personalized cards however i got my cheque card two days later and my credit card an additional day after that. Everything was quick and easy to do and i did not have to step foot inside a branch. My cards were couriered to me and all the necessary things could be done online.

I am very very impressed with this service as my last bank was attrocious. I now have all my accounts as well as finance leases with FNB.
