False advertising and bad service

I took on the 10 min challenge to open a credit card account. It actually took more than a month!

After getting my cards and trying to link it to receive e bucks i get told my account is frozen because i have not sent them my id proof of res etc.

I sent it several times during application and when the cards was delivered.

Now i am being told a frozen acc no rewards and when i say just leave it i get transfered to the 20th person who actually just closes the card.

Exactly what i ecpected from FNB
