Capitec has no cameras

I went to capitec bank on the 15th January 2013 @ around 1400 and went to inquire about the balance on my loan account. I was helped by a young african male medium height and very light skinned, he helped me efficiently and printed my balance for me I was in a hurry and I left. When I was in the taxi I remembered I forgot my id book. I did not have airtime @ the time so I felt it was safe because its @ a bank and bank employees are people with "intergrity". I tried calling on the 16th but the number was busy. Finally got through on the 17th today and I spoke to a lady by the name of Kgomotso and I relayed my story to her and described the gentleman who helped me and she knew who I was talking about as she described him as a "yellow bone" which he is. She then asked him about the id and she immediately told me they had not found it so I told her that I was going to come to the branch and I'd like to check the security cameras to which she responded by saying "THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS". I'm puzzled as to why she'd give me such a response. I'd like someone to respond asap because an id book is my identity and soo much can be taken advantage of.
