On 8 April I enquired about a loan through Bruma Finance and filled in all my details online. On the 9th I got a call from your call centre agent advising me that he needs to verify the information and he'll send me through the agreement. On 10th, I returned the documents at 09:00 and was told by Mdu that I should have feedback at the end of the day.

As per your website, you pride yourself on the same day feedback but to date, I have not received any feedback. I phoned your call centre on the afternoon of the 10th to find out if all documents have been received and was advised that everything is in order and my application is in review, and the next day it was still in review as it was the next.

Why advertise that you pride yourselves in same day feedback if that is not the case. Your agent phoned and emailed me without any hassles while he was waiting for my documents but then not a word since receiving my documents?

Do you think I'll get feedback today or do you need another day to review the application?
