I have applied for a loan through think money which was then referred to Bruma finance, on thursday 28 March Monique contacted me to inform me that my loan would only go forward if i had done a third payment on my existing loan i had. On tuesday 02 April Monique phoned me again and she reminded me of the payment i had to do before she could activate my application. I even received an sms from her stating to please do the payment and to then phone her back.

Before i had done the payment i phoned Monique again to confirm the order of events, she again said that i had to do a third payment before my loan application was done. She then referred me to Nozipho who had given me the details. After i had done the payment and had it cleared for same day payment which by the way costs me money, i phoned Bruma Finance in order to activate the application.

I was told that this would not work as it has to reflect on their side as a debit order for the third time, i find this ridiculous after i was given the incorrect information leading to me costing myself money and still have no application. I was refused to speak to a Manager even after i requesting it and i'm still not helped
