It's been a little more than 3weeks since filed a claim with Virgin, & to my frustration I've had to constantly call into the offices to get some sort of feedback (which I must add has been pretty useless & extremely vague), at this point and time all I know is that my vehicle has been written off and the claim is "unfinalized". In the meantime I've had to return the hired car as the hire period has lapsed, & no one has cared to provide adequate feedback, I am told Naseema and snr consultant JP are handling my claim but it would be nice if they could pickup this new invention called a telephone!!
