I just want to report what an amazing insurance broker Kurt [Email Removed] of ABSA has been. I haven't been with him for long but he is really on professional guy. People say that having a broker is a waste of money but not so with Kurt.
I haven't had any claims but he has always been there to answer all my questions about my policy or insurance in general, always been willing to look for or negotiate for a better price (and succeeding), always responded to emails and phone calls as promptly as possible and ever so often he sends out blanket emails of useful insurance information to all customers.
As you can see, I have nothing but praise for this guy. So my suggestion is, if you want a thoroughly professional insurance broker who cares about his clients and who readily goes the extra mile, please try Kurt from ABSA.
