Nedbank - great at writting letters!

Hi. I lost my job at the end of December 2012. This is currently being taken to the CCMA. In the meantime I couldnt find work. I made sure however that I met my commitments as best I could (made sure my bond and credit cards were paid) as well as trying to feed my 4 children. My insurance on my car, my car and my medical aid could not be paid however. Well, Outsurance (despite me writing to them and asking them not to resubmit the debit orders, did so. The same happened with Spectramed. Each debit order costing me money as Nedbank charged. I contacted MFC about my car and made arrangements with them. And now? What do I get from Nedbank - a letter stating that due to the conduct of my account, they are withdrawing my overdraft facility - Nedbank: CUT ME A BREAK PLEASE! I am doing my best at the moment - currently in negotiations for another job but please... taking away an overdraft facility AND telling me I should go for debt counseling aint helping me at the moment. Why didnt you just phone and ask me?
