After having applied fro a credit card, I was told I would receive a call from FNB Credit card. This morning at 07h25 (on a saturday), i was woken up by a phone call from FNB asking if it was a convenient time to talk? I replied that it was 07h25 on a Saturday, how can this be conenient for anyone. Nonthle, the call centra agent then replied in a very monotone voice that is obviously wasn't, so when should she call.

No apology, no soft skills!!

Its ridiculous that you have people phone you awake at this hour on the only day you can sleep in and then to still deal with their bad attitude. Some telephone etiquette training is required!! Also maybe som common sense to not phone people on at this tme of the morning, or maybe it would be a good idea to request a preferred time range from the customer!
