This morning at 9H40 I received a phone call from Verushkin Govender from some or other "authorised financial service provider with permission from FNB to contact me". This person had information about me and my credit card that nobody but FNB should have. As soon as I started questioning what this person wanted, he said there was an error on his system and had to go. I have received NO notice from FNB that someone will be contacting me, especially not on a Saturday morning!!! I have recorded the phonecall and I am furious with FNB. I will be taking this phonecall to my FNB branch manager on Monday morning and removing my credit card account from FNB. It is frightening that other people have access to my information!
