BRILLIANT IDEA... I DONT THINK SO!

Dear FNB I would like to know who came up with this new brilliant idea to send out sms's to your credit card holders every second day notifying them of the balances and the available funds. I have Internet banking, I have cellphone banking I have the FNB app on my iphone I even have access to a telephone that I can use to phone and find out my balances should technology fail me. I still receive an sms everytime my statement closes with balances and an e-mail statement so why do I need an sms at 7am every Friday morning as well? Im even receiving these sms's on Saturday mornings! and what a joy it is to wake up to an sms from FNB on a Saturday morning.
Did you people conduct a survey before initiating this as to whether people want to get these sms's or not? I just spent close to 20mins on the phone with your call agent who then advised me that in order for these sms's to be cancelled my incontact will also be cancelled on my credit card, somebody please phone me and tell me she was joking! Nobody wants to be annoyed with unncessary sms's so please Stop this it will save you guys costs and it will save me time!
