Online Credit Application Hassle!

FNB advertises that opening an FNB Credit Card is as easy as 1, 2, 3 online and you'll have you're card within days. That's however not the case!! I applied -5 weeks ago and still don't have my card. After about 2 weeks I called them to see what was taking so long, the call centre said that they had quite a high volume of applications and that my application is in the system, it's just a bit back logged. Week 3 someone called (I think saturday morning - which is not the most convenient of times)... after that call I thought everything was fine. A week later they called again with something that wasn't right. The lady from the call centre was suppose to call me back but I only got a calll again a week later. Few days later a gentlemen phoned and after repeating the whole application process once again (even though I filled in everything online the 1st time) he said I should revceive my card within 2-3 days. That however didn't happen. 5 days later someone calls to say I still need to send through my proof of degree (why didn't they just ask for that from the beginning?)... Well it's once again a few days later and I still have no card. Its been such a hassle and a waste of my time!
