Poor service

I called Iwyze on the 2/04/2013 to register the claim but I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. I diceded to leave a message then a guy called Ephram Nkosi sent an email that said I was out of reach and I replied with an alternative cell number, but even today I haven't received a call. I tried to call their claims department they keep you waiting for so long.
