I got a quote I was happy with and ended with a bad experience after the deduction went through on the wrong date. I then immediately decided to cancel the policy and three more deductions were made on the already then in debt account. R1000 bank charges later and after policy has been canceled you again deduct the premium for insurance I have never had. Total cost incurred R1500 and I have not even been insured yet. I would like a full refund with numeration for bank charges.
