Have a car and household policy with Virgin and keep getting sms's to say my premium payment has not been received and I am not covered. I phone the call centre and they want me to fax a bank statement to show payment is done. Not for me to prove I have paid, I want to cancel the policy and demand a refund of last payment... immediately!
