I emailed yesterday to ask Lebo to add a new car to my policy as of today and remove my old one as of tomorrow.
I asked for confirmation so I could pick up my car.
Today at 10:40 I phoned her to make sure it was done. She said she would phone me in 10 minutes to confirm. 45 minutes later I call to make sure - I want to pickup my new car after all.
She doesn't answer and the poor switchboard operator tried 6 people, none of whom could take my call.
Then I get some guy who assured me she would call me long before by 12 which was the time I was leaving to get my car.
WEll, it's now 11:50 and no call. And I'm not able to pick up a car without knowing it's insured.
