Please could somebody clarify and explain why I was not contacted when you received an error on my bank account while doing your debit on the 20th of Sept, Oct and Nov.
I can to personally call to check if I can send my car for service and to my shock I was told I owe for 3 Months!
I'm so disappointed with the service I have received and I have been with SA Warranties for 2 years now!
Please check and advice and worse I spoke to a lady late Sept or early Oct about this and to check what went wrong but she never came back to me till today!
Please check your call record and advice.
