BAD SERVICE

I'm still waiting for somebody at Stanlib to get back to me regarding allocating MY MONEY into different funds.
They were suppose to get back to me within 24hr, but it's now 3 days later and no response. If somebody reads this can you please send me transfer forms because I'm moving my money to Allan Gray. I'm tired of bad service!!!
