Standard Bank Insurance - POOR SERVICE

We opened a claim 25/03/13 due to House-breaking & to date repairs have not yet been completed at our property. I have made countless calls to the Bank and their Contractors, i am yet to actually received a call of feedback regarding my claim. 50% of the work has been done and the other 50% has not this could result in another /assault/ - but do you think any of the service providers care! THIS SERVICE has been the most Shocking in all my time and it makes me sick that i have to pay my monthly fee on time every month, to get this kind of service from a HUGE nationally recognized bank! I am so appalled! Im tired of chasing up when these are supposed to be my service providers!
