Standard Bank Insurance is refusing to pay-out my claim, until my bank has re-evaluated the property. Plus the insurance company is refusing to pay interest even though it has taken the Standard Bank Insurance 1 year to accept liability for the claim.
And are now coming up with new reasons every day to delay the paying out of the claim. The latest being that before they can pay-out they need the bank to re-evaluate the property?
Never in my life have I met with a bunch of like Standard Bank Insurance
