I would like to voice my unconditional dissatisfaction with my resend interaction regarding the claim for the home theatre system I claimed for. Because it was a system component failure, the claim was not approved. This is not stated in the policy details I have on email. It is probably on the 'fine print'.
Secondly, I lost my no-claim bonus. So the claim was unsuccessful and I lost the no-claim (because you had to send out a service provider). This is not acceptable and I will certainly look for another insurance house that has better service.
