I am very upset as am writing this now, i was involved in an accident in November, spent two months in hospital. i accident/hospital plan with Hollard, i still have not received a cent from them. I call you guys everyday to followup and there is a different story every day. you are too quick to demand monthly payments, but when you have to pay you make your problems mine. i have had different stories everyday from my account is in arreas, to i have been charged more than the agreed premium. I am very upset and i am pleading to someone to please intervine. my account is in order i have all the necessary documents. If this plan is to assist me while am in hospital, howcome have they not assisted me for the past 3 months. Do i have to always folow up to find out on the status. I have been put on hold for 1 hour 30 minutes while they where busy trying to get hold of a supervisor to help, until now i am still waiting for that supervisor.
