My husband passed away in 2005 and FNB did the estate. There seems to a policy from Liberty that must still be paid out. FNB estate dept must issue me with a letter of confirmation that they did the estate. I paid the R9.00, and still not have received the letter. Liberty needs it to finalise the policy. This is going on since beginning of April 2013, and I have phoned a few time but I receive no co-operation, as they are full of excuses. They promise to come back to me, but this is to no avail.
I really need to get this handled and settled as soon as possible.
