Cannot get simple information from ABSA

I have been trying non stop this week to get information out of ABSA for my ABSA personal loan account. I only want to know why my payment has increased by R200, what my balance is and if it has life cover on. I phoned the ABSA loan number, who told me to phone the collections department. I phoned the collections department who told me to phone the Centurion ABSA branch and the estatements number. The estatements number is always busy or just rings. The ABSA centurion branch said they would organise my statement and I am still waiting. I just want a compitent person at ABSA to please phone me with this information and send me my statement. Too much to ask from a service provider?
