Non delivery to promise and incompetency

I applied for credit and expressed my urgency for the funds in malvern branch Tuesday 9 april 12:55pm. Credit was approved and I signed and received my contract. The lady assisting informed me that funds will be transfered later that day or lates wednesday 10 april. Its Thursday today I'm late for the purpose of those funds, I call head office all they can say is "we don't know what's wrong and we can't do anything" I have waisted airtime and petrol. I'm sick to my guts of the incompetence and of the bank jargon they use with me trying to sound smart. All I need is delivery on my request as promptly promised. I signed and anythin that happens in between is none of my business. I could have gone to capitec but was spoken out of it and would have been sorted by now at capitec. I don't wish you people upon anyone.!!!
