Standard bank is doing illegal enquires on clients

Good day

i tried calling the call centre 0860123000 and the general queries department is also unable to assist me and advised i must go to complaints, i called the number given 0861101101 and that number goes to voicemail, standard banks customer service is pathetic that the reason why i closed all my accounts years ago,

I just contacted ITC to do my annual check on my records, to my surprise they have done 3 checks
on my name without my permission, it is illegal and unprofessional.

I am going to contact the ombudsman regarding this,

i require standard bank to investigate and give me a reason why 3 checks was done on my name
without me knowing that has affected by credit record.

i request people do a check on the records to make sure standard bank has not done the same to them

i am so upset and i want standard bank to notify ITC that the check was done without my permission
and my records to be updated.

Treat this complaint as urgent!!!
