In South Africa today, its very important to complain about bad service but is more important to thank companies for good service. Is't that something we need to strive for?
I would like to thank King Price Insurance Company and their staff for the exceptional service that they offered me today. Especially Message Center, Kobus and Chantelle Loock, who referred King Price in the first place and then to Ian Kennedy at the Quote Department for his service delivery and spontaneous personality.
All the above done with such pride for their company. This is what South Africa needs!
