Easy to move to FNB? Ive been trying since Octobe

It is advertised that switching to FNB is easy and trouble free, NOT SO! I made my initial inquiry via the internet, but got no response at all. I was introduced to Wayne and Makgauta from Primier banking and supplied the required docs in October last year. There was no feedback, Makgauta told be to "be patient". I tried to escalate my concerns to Wayne, he was of no help. I then called Michael, but he was also unable to give me what I needed. I got numerous calls from their Credit Card division offering me a credit faciltiy without taking into account the numerous times I told them it was a "replacement" card needed, not an additional one. No one talks to anyone else in their company and I had to explain my requirements repeatedly. I sent a long complaint email to Michael and nothing ever came of that. It is now end April and I still dont have the Ebucks card they promised. I am being charged bank charges on a dormant FNB cheque account (dormant until the credit card side is sorted) and I get an SMS last week saying my cheque account has been cancelled. No one has called, supplied feedback or given a hoot about my queries! I WONT USE THEM EVER. Absolutely shocking!
