Nedbank lost the logbook for my ca

I bought a car through vehicle finance from Nedbank (MFC) in 2008.
The car was settled on the 8th of January 2013 after being involved in accident.
I have been dealing with Tinyiko to get the log [Email Removed] with no luck. She first asked for the proof of payment which I sent.
She does not respond to any emails I send her. I even asked my brother Thabani [Email Removed] to help but still she did not reply to anyone emails.
Recently my brother sent an eamail to her manager Jonathan [Email Removed] on the 11th of February 2013, this again has yield no result.

I have sold the car but we can not change the ownership of the car because Nedbank has not given me the vehicle's log book.
