No Service - No Device!!!

I am expecting my Samsung Tablet but the Couriers Digital Planet has not contact me after they said they would as i complaint about it yesterday on hello peter aswell! I have searched high and low for this companies number i even asked FNB but they are not allowed to give it out, i also cannot get hold of them on the number they phoned me! This is very Fishy... I asked FNB where my device is - NO ANSWERS!!! i am utterly dissapointed as it has been how long now! I need ANSWERS!!!

This is unacceptable!!!

Im not getting any answers from FNB or the couriers!!! What is going on???
