Poor Service and willingness to get deal sorted

Well First of all my finance took a month to complete and guess what still waiting for Wesbank to pay the seller.

Secondly when ever i sent documents they would never reply as to if they received them or not i would have to contact them every single time then when you contact them and ask to speak to the agent you dealing with she is busy but will contact you shortly, after 3 emails, 2 phone calls still no call back oh and a day and a half later i called and demanded to speak to Yvonne she is a team leader of some sort. and her words were if she is not available someone else should have carried on with my process.

Thirdly they gave me a fixed rate of 9.9% then when they wanted to finalise the application they changed it to 10.96% then i demanded the recordings, just funny how after i said that they found the document.

Forthly after me signing both online documents they told that they would make the payment @ 17:00pm on the 11-04-2013 and guess what they did not and once again i had to call them to hear whats going on as usual

My whole point is im the customer and they are making money from me not the other way around so why should i be inconvenienced like this.
