I applied for pvt 2 pvt vehicle finance via FNB, I applied for R40K and it was approved after the lady got all the details. I got a phone call to finalise the deal from Renny Golele, I received a second call from the company that processes the pvt 2 pvt deal and they started to confirm detail about the car, first question was the model of the bakkie, he said 2008? I never said it was a 2008 I said in my first contact with FNB its a 2004 Nissan champ, meanwhile I had to beg the seller to keep the bakkie for me as I urgently need it... so this guy said he can not proceed, Renny phoned me back again and said sorry they can not go ahead with the deal as now the value of the car is too low I need R9000 deposit? So I tried a personal loan and begged the seller to keep it a bit longer, online I was decline, so a lady called back and said I was approved. I sent the documents they wanted, she called back said to me sorry the loan has been down scored to R35K so I agreed and she finalised the deal and sent me my contract. 1 hour later another guy called me and said sorry it was down scored again to R25K? WHY??? I can easely afford a loan repayment of R1800PM? I lost the car now!!
