Long queues and no help

Two days queuing at the Standard Bank at Carlton center and the branch in End street because i was sent an sms notifying me my account was blocked and i needed to go to any Standard Bank branch with my ID & proof of residence. Now because i only have 30min lunch break i had to rush to the bank, queue up for forever and still not get this matter sorted. it is now causing a major inconvenience for me as i have payments to make.

I am seriously disappointed in the service I have received for these past two days.

If we cant get the help we need in the branches, please make these options available on the Standard Bank website as we can do it ourselves at work because we are unable to go to banks during working hours.
