Moving backwards!

So you closed my branch but did not add extra capacity to the other branches! went to the long street branch. a simple matter. i want my eft limit increased just for today. 2 people at customer service and they only open new accounts. service consultant says go to enquiries. 1 teller servicing enquiries. six people in the queue which did not move in the 5 minutes i was there. WHY MUST I SPEND MY LUNCH HOUR IN THE BANK? how is this setup moving me forward? and dont tell me to walk to thibault square/golden acre which is a distance away from where i work. so not impressed!
