Mr Muzi masipa is an asset to the Auto and General team. Virgin Money double debted my account. I called the call centre to request a refund multiple times but no one could assist me. Eventually I was transferred to Mr Muzi Masipa. He went the extra mile took to time to understand my request fully then acted which resulted in my refund being processed. Thank you again Mr Muzi Masipa
