Honestly this is nonsense and disgusting. I don't believe the service I'm receiving with STD BANK Home Loan even if your are a prestige banking client. I was told to apply online by the Germiston branch for advance building loan. Which I did for the first time. All went through and I was decline the grant due to affordability. I wrote to complain and I was advise if I could reduce the house plan my application will be considered. On Monday I was contacted after I applied online again. Apparently the application had to be revised by Masilo Moila as it was not correctly filled. To my surprise today my application has been deleted. I contacted the call centre I was told that the application was captured incorrectly. These changes was not done by myself first of all. When I tried to get this rectified I was told I should go to the branch and re-apply. I'm confused and annoyed. To be quite honest is about time I take my business to other oppositions and see what service I will be getting. I will make sure I discourage all the people I know who will be attempting to use STD BANK. Please don't bother to contact or look into this issue.
