A month wasted!

A month ago I approached Standard Bank to increase my existing student loan for postgrad.

The first trip I enquired on the process and was told that a new application had to be made and was given the printed application form.
The second visit I enquired what my monthly instalment would be to add to my current repayments.
Third visit was to hand in all the documentation with signed application for increase, only to be told that an additional document is still required even though it was not stated on the form.
The fourth visit I waited 50 minutes only to be told that the whole application process had to be made online.

After spending a month organising everything, taking time off work and having to drive back and forth to Rondebosch from Plumstead twice in one day, not once was I informed correctly on the process.
I subsequently went onto the Standard Bank website to make application and to my huge annoyance it states that student loan applications may be filled in and handed to any Standard Bank branch, student bureau OR apply via the online link.

I suggest Standard Bank review what their own website states before giving customers the wrong information time and time again
