I have been a loyal Standard Bank account holder for many years. I would like to apply for a personal loan but I do not have much time during the day to visit a branch and I was glad to see that there is a online application option. I have completed the application and a message popped up to say that a consultant will contact me within 2 working days. Nobody has contacted me and I have not received any correspondence. Can somebody please let me know if the online application option does work or if one can only apply at a branch. If this is the case, the online option should be removed from the internet as this is wasting your clients time!
